September Pow Wow
These are the important activities occurring the month of September.
· September 9
o McCandless Community Day. Our troop will participate in the parade. We will meet in the Showcase Cinema parking lot on the side towards Trader Horns at 11:00am. Class A uniform
· September 11
o First Meeting
· September 12
o Troop Committee Meeting at 7:30pm. All are welcome
· September 15-17
o OA Fall Ceremonial. If your son was taped out he will have to attend this event to complete is “ordeal”. All arrowmen are encouraged to attend
· September 19
o Webelos to Scout Meeting 7:00p
· September 22-24
o Fall Camporee. Ryerson Station State Park (south of Washington, PA). Permission slips will be handed out and collected at September 11th meeting. The theme for this years camporee is “Cooking Skills”
· September 30
o Church Block Party. The church will be looking for a few Scouts (13 or older) to assist with parking.
